It wasn't just Peachy who came in many variations - here are three Twinkles - (l-r) Black eyed Twinkles, brown eyed Twinkles, big black eyed, squishy Twinkles |
The Peachy Parade!
Peachy was my second pony, after Bow Tie. She came with the Grooming Parlour and her friend Twinkles the cat.
She's often considered the archetypal classic pony, partly because she's in the Collector pose, partly because she's very common.
Perhaps because she's common, she doesn't seem to be very popular with many collectors. She's not very valuable unless she's a rare variation. I don't care. I think Peachy is fabulous, and I'd like to share all my Peachys with you.

The classic Peachy: Hong Kong with stamps on all four feet. Twinkles hitches a ride! |

My original four-stamp Hong Kong Peachy has seen better days, but her plaits are still there from when I put them in as a child. |

Even Italian Peachy isn't worth much - but mine is a lovely example. |

Flat Foot Peachy has had a mane and tail cut. I'll restore her one day. |
