A Day in the Garden
One day, it was sunny in the garden. Rosedust and Morning Glory decided
to go for a flutter amongst the flowers.
"It's beautiful up here!" Rosedust cried.
Morning Glory didn't care. She was even higher in the tree.
Rosedust smelt the flowers. "A-ti-shoo!" she sneezed. Even ponies
get hayfever, you see.
Then, two newborn ponies crept into the garden. "Hee hee!" giggled
Baby Pony. "Good thing the Macau ponies didn't see us!"
The Macau ponies look after the babies in the nursery, you see. What
a job that is! No wonder Linnie is looking for more Macau ponies to share
the burden of watching the babies!
"Let's play Hide and Seek," said Milky Way. "You hide
first."
The little pony covered her eyes with her stumpy little hooves, and counted
to ten. When she opened her eyes, Baby Pony was nowhere to be found!
"She'll never find me here!" laughed Baby Pony.
Milky Way looked all over the garden. Eventually she came to the pretty
tree with the white flowers on it. She heard a sniffle - then - "A-tish-oo!"
She peeped behind a flower -
And there was her friend!
By this time, the ponies were hungry. So they went inside for some of
Vanilla Treat's special recipe pony soup!
(actually, that isn't pony soup. It's Linnie's sink while she was washing
her McD ponies from Wolfie for her bridal favours. Aroooooo!)
